The Koh Chang Sun was established in 2009 to help and promote Koh Chang Thailand.  We came here from Canada and simply fell in love with the island, the people and the place. it has been quite the journey from arriving here sick as a dog from Nepal, getting better at one of the resorts for quite a while and then opening up the online guide and online magazine for the island. We think we have found a home here in Koh Chang and are here for the long term… we feel that the island is one of the best in Thailand and we are proud to live here…

The problem that most people run into is what we call the “shiny brochure problem” There are a lot of shiny brochures on the island that really only tell you the five star and mainline places to go. We wanted to try to show the real island and get as many off the beaten path areas as we could – we are working on that all the time. Take a look and see beyond the magazine and slick travel guides and get more into Koh Chang. There is more here than meets the eye. We want to share that with you!
