We have to say we like Bailan Huts. Located in Bai Lan they are funky, great design, not expensive to stay and offer a good value for someone who does not care about being on the beach and would like instead some peace and quiet. Many units have a rooftop deck that is perfect for lounging and watching the sun go down, and when the sun goes down it is an amazing view! Free kayak rentals and in each room is your own personal computer so you surf, play music and have cyber-holiday in the tropics.
The area is well grown with tropical plants, nice units and very good reviews for service and value. We would recommend that one get a scooter due the location and also do be reminded again, that although they are on the shore of the sea there is no beach access. But if you like snorkeling this would be a good place to stay!
