Chang Park is the largest resort in Kai Bae and has been very popular with Eastern European travelers since it was bought by a group from that area. Close to many shops, easy walking distance to everything, different levels of accommodations and central location make this a good choice if you speak Russian and enjoy wearing speedos at all times.
Originally from Canada and now over five years in Thailand, he is still discovering Koh Chang and Thailand. Most likely a process that will never stop! He is the main contributor and editor for The Koh Chang Sun and is involved with various other projects on the island and back in Canada.
