One of the delights of Thailand is that restaurants come to you. Usually based on a scooter with a sidecar these vendors travel the island setting up at various places around the island. Many have small stools that they will set out so that you can enjoy your meal sitting down sort of a voila!- instant restaurant.
Offering everything from squid to chicken, vegetables and pancakes they are one the best reasons to get out and try some real street food.
A lot of people ask about the food quality and safety and we have to say that everyone here at the Sun has never had a problem. But if you see a lot of people crowded around the cart then it is probably going to be great food!
